The Royals Experience

As an official MLB Nike RBI affiliate, Royals Elite Academy provides athletes access to nationally recognized competition and exposure opportunities. Our RBI team competes on a regional and national stage, reinforcing our commitment to high standards, development, and visibility at the next level.

 Train year-round at Triple Crown Training, our indoor home facility located at 9426 Corsair Rd, Frankfort, IL. Our training environment supports skill work, team development, reps, and high-quality instruction. 

We help families understand the recruiting process and prepare athletes to be seen—through guidance, planning, realistic next steps, and support around exposure opportunities.

Our athletes recive structured training that focuses on fundamentals, advanced skill development, softball IQ, and confidence under pressure.

 Athletes receive a full team look and equipment essentials depending on program placement. We keep our athletes prepared, organized, and looking like a unit. 

Athletes are placed into an environment that matches their growth stage, ranging from development-focused training to high-level travel competition. Practices are intentional, and tournaments are used to measure progress and build toughness.

We build athletes who lead with character. Our program emphasizes discipline, responsibility, and being a great teammate because culture is part of development.

 We encourage strong habits around recovery, nutrition, and durability. When needed, we help connect families to trusted resources so athletes stay healthy and available.
